Our black bread with cereals contains more than 30% of seeds inside, including sunflower, sesame and flax, with the addition of rye, oats and barley. The beneficial properties of the cereals combined with the slow leavening and the high hydration process (80%), make this product truly unique for its goodness, lightness and high digestibility and with an entirely BIO label putila. Our mission is always to preserve traditions and merge them with technologies and innovations trying to restore our dear raw materials to glory with a selection of certified Sicilian grains.
